People have a tough time connecting with empty rooms. Floors, walls, baseboards—however meticulously maintained or beautifully built—tend to blur together when stripped of the context of furniture. When you combine that with multiple property viewings, suddenly you can’t quite remember which living room had cream walls and which had off-white walls.
Vondecor’s large inventory, expert designers and stagers will work with you to create the perfect design solutions for your home. Our goal is to help you get your property sold as quickly as possible and maximize the benefits of staging for your home sale. In a 2019 study by the National Association of Realtors, almost half of agents surveyed reported that staged homes tend to sell for 1-10% more than homes that had not been staged and 53% of agents reported that staged homes spend less time on the market.
CONSULT
You'll meet with owner and lead designer Tanya Vonderaye, as well as with our Staging Director and Creative Director to discuss your staging needs.
DESIGN
Once a style and feel has been established for your home, we begin the process of setting up a home stage in our warehouse. We may pull from our extensive inventory or order specific pieces for your custom home design.
STAGE
Our team will arrive with floor and stair rail protection and place furnishings, accessories and wall art according to the specific design created to help sell your home.
SOLD
Once your home is sold, our team will promptly schedule removal of the staged furnishings and return the home to the condition in which we found it.
